BIT International Bezzera BZ Group Shower Screen and Holding Plate Overview
Upgrade your Bezzera BZ Group espresso machine and brew strong, consistently tasty espresso shots with the BIT International Shower Screen and Holding Plate. Thanks to an improved 8-hole design, the holding plate works in tandem with the shower screen to redistribute water from the center to the edge of the screen, dispersing it evenly through grounds in the basket. This softens the introduction of water to your coffee, giving you superior extractions for the richer in-cup flavor you crave.
BIT’s shower screen and holding plate are also constructed with stainless steel, offering great corrosion resistance and considerable thermal mass to help maintain heat while brewing.
Please Note: The BIT International Shower Screen MUST be used in conjunction with the BIT Bezzera Shower Holding Plate.
