Its anti-static finish minimizes coffee grind residue and improves proper weight dosage. The food-grade 304 stainless steel cup makes it rust-resistant and RDT spray-friendly. It also fits 58 mm portafilters perfectly and would pair well with a Mahlkoenig EK43 or Etzinger etxMAX Medium W grinder.
